This policy applies to everyone using Punctual. It supports our Terms of Service.
You must not
- Clock in or out for someone else, share logins, or use spoofed GPS, VPNs, emulators or other tools to fake your location or device.
- Access, probe or test another organisation's data, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, plan limits or device binding.
- Upload unlawful content or use the service to harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Collect or monitor staff in ways the law or your organisation's own policies do not allow, for example tracking location outside agreed working activity, or collecting photos without telling people.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through announcements, WhatsApp or email alert features.
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Introduce malware or overload the service with automated requests.
Organisation admins must
- Tell staff what Punctual records (location, photo/face checks, live location tracking where enabled) and have a lawful basis for it.
- Use attendance data fairly and only for legitimate workforce purposes.
- Deactivate or remove accounts of people who leave.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may warn, restrict or suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report abuse to support@afrisalespro.com.
